Our 2nd Honeymoon

For our 10th anniversary we decided to go on a cruise, we went on the Carnival Liberty out of Miami, FL. We visited Ochos Rios, Grand Cayman and Cozumel.
Jim ordered a car to pick us up and this came instead...we arrived in style!!

Saying goodbye to Miami

It was so windy!

First night at dinner...the food was so good and they had a dessert to die for or should I say gain 7 pounds for!

Overlooking the Lido Deck

Fancy night...we do clean up nice!

We arrived in Ochos Rios, Jamacia. Our excursions for the day were the bobsled run and climbing the Dunns River Falls.

View of our ship while we were climbing the mountain...I zoomed way in!

The chair lift that brought us to the top!

Jim getting ready to go.

Me getting ready, I was so nervous and it was NOT that bad. I thought it was going to go really fast and I would have to ride the brake...didn't have to do that and it went really fast but you felt secure in it.

Our ship in the harbor

We climbed the Dunns River Falls and had such a great time, some spots are pretty hard and slippery. There are places where the water gets really deep and you can't tell, so ya fall into the pool (this isn't so bad because it was warm and it felt great to get wet). There are also places that rocks are hidden and you have to be really careful.

Jim posing in front of the ship, this thing is SO big!

Sunset from our balcony

Jim took a great picture of our ship.

Off to Grand Cayman, where Jim met Big Black Dick! LOL

I went to Magaritaville, not really.

We didn't do any excursions on Grand Cayman and we wish we had. We walked around and almost all the shops were jewelry stores. We got bored. We went down to the water to find a place to have a drink. We ordered two daiquiris and the bill was $20, the drinks were very small! The next three photos are what we saw down by the water.

When we got to our room the first day we had flowers and wine in the room. Mom-in-law gave us the wine and the flowers were from our travel agent. It was so nice of them!

While on the ship we really had fun going here, Jim did really well!

Our last island we visited was Cozumel

Our excursion was a FAST boat ride to a private island. This boat was called the twister and it whipped you around were you got SOAKED! So much fun!!

At the island

Back in Cozumel, we went shopping, bought some jewelry and souvenirs.

On the ship we played this a couple of times, almost won.

All week you could try out to be in the talent night on the last night on the ship. Everyone did great, they played singers through the ages. The best one though was from the Cruise Director...he was Madonna!

And the Cruise Director sent us Champagne to celebrate our 10th anniversary! Jim and I both tried this but did NOT like it.

Last Day, do we look like we had a great time? We did!

I would recommend a cruise to anyone!
