What Fun with Pie

Remember when I told you about the week that was so busy. Well I wanted to tell you about the Book Fair that I ran. The last time the school did a book fair they sold around $1200, this last time we sold $1900. We got a little over $450 in books for the school and $224 in cash. This school only has 90+ kids in it. We had some goals to get prizes for the school, the first was if we sold 60 books the whole school would have an ice cream party...made this on the first day! The second goal was 120 books, which took us almost to the last day to do...the prize was two students would be picked to put a pie in the principal and administrator's face. It was cute, all the younger kids just wanted the ice cream party but the older ones wanted to be drawn to put a pie in the face. Below are the pictures. The principal informed me that she would rather dye her hair next year. See, when I was talking to her about what the kids would get I said how about a pie in the face or they dye their hair, she didn't want to do anything to her hair!
