Sam's Big Bang

Our Halloween night ended with a bang, literally. Samantha and her friend were playing around and Samantha fell and hit her head HARD on the wall, there was a LOUD crack and then screaming. We thought...oh my, she is definitely going to have a HUGE bump on her head. We did the right things by putting ice on it right away and hugging and holding her. She calmed down and proceeded to fall asleep very quickly, she was very tired from trick-or-treating and playing with her friend. The next morning we noticed our wall and thought...oh my, she is definitely going to have a HUGE bump on her head. When Samantha woke up we both felt her head and there wasn't even a tiny bump on her head. Our loving child has got a HARD head which now tells us how she can always beat us at foreheads (that is when you put your foreheads together and push, whoever can push the other person back wins). We can now laugh about how hard her head is but at the moment we couldn't.

Does this mean she learns how to spackle too! What a hole. I think they must have used 1/4" sheetrock. Glad she was okay. Love Mom
