We got some snow last night and then MORE during the day. It got so bad out that I called Jim and asked him to pick Samantha up from school, his office is only a couple of blocks from her school. When he got home he said the roads were starting to get slippery, happy I didn't go out, I hate when my truck slides! He is such a good man and I am happy that he came home early since it started raining and turning to ice and I would have worried. Have to say that I worried anyway when they were driving home.
It says 14 1/4" but I think we got more than that, not sure if the tape measure was all the way down or not!

And snow does NOT stop these two from playing, they love it.

Here is both of them, they have to jump when they are trying to get around. I had a good laugh watching them outside today....I was inside watching through a window.
When Samantha got home the first thing she did was jump in a pile of snow.....to be young again!
Here she is standing in the snow and it goes up to her knees. She played for about a 1/2 hour and then she wanted to be inside and have a cup of hot cocoa, she is so my kid!!

Ack! That's a LOT of snow. Sam seems to be having a blast - along with the dogs. Just slushy here. Do you miss these ridiculous two hour delays?
