Me and My Uniform

We finally got Samantha's kilt for school, just in time for school pictures next week. Isn't she adorable? I love the socks they have to wear, though by the end of the day she had pushed them down to her ankles. They can wear socks or tights, she HATES the tights..."they are too tight and don't come all the way up!" Now older ladies understand that you have to wiggle and worm your way into them so they are ALL the way up and we also know that we don't like them either but we wear them when we have to. It was very funny to watch her try on the tights the first time because the crotch (can't think of a nicer way to say that) was all the way down to her knees.

She is enjoying school and loves all the fun activities they get to do. Her class even decided to put on a play for Halloween for the younger kids, now this wasn't a teacher motivated idea, this was a kids talking at recess and came up with it idea. Mrs. Cook says they practice every day at recess and that it is a very good play. Hopefully I will be able to go see the play on Friday.
